The 2018-2019 Lincoln Navigator marks the beginning of the fourth generation and one of the model’s biggest redesigns. It introduced the 450 hp 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, a 10-speed automatic transmission and extensive use of aluminum body panels.
The electrical architecture also changed substantially, adding more driver-assistance modules, camera systems, adaptive lighting, wireless charging, several USB smart chargers, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential and more complex door modules. For that reason, this fuse layout is not interchangeable with the 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator.
This guide applies to 2018-2019. Fuse and relay assignments changed again in later model years, so a 2020 or newer Navigator should be checked against the manual for its exact year.
Fuse box locations
Power distribution box: located in the engine compartment. It contains the main high-current fuses for the cooling fans, fuel pump, 4×4 system, ABS, power points and trailer circuits.
Passenger-compartment fuse panel: located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel. Remove the passenger-side trim panel by pulling it toward you and moving it outward.

Commonly checked fuses
- Fuel pump: under-hood fuse 50 – 30 A.
- Power points: fuses 6, 8, 51, 56 and 100 – all 20 A.
- USB charging: fuses 86, 87, 94 and 95.
- ABS / electric parking brake: fuse 70 – 40 A.
- 4×4: separate circuits include fuses 13, 63 and 71.
For a 2020 or newer Navigator, use the fuse chart for the specific model year. Ford/Lincoln documentation shows that assignments changed after 2019.
FAQ – 2018-2019 Lincoln Navigator fuses
Where is the passenger-compartment fuse panel?
Under the right-hand side of the instrument panel, behind the passenger-side trim panel.
Which fuses protect the power points?
Under-hood positions 6, 8, 51, 56 and 100 are all 20 A and protect different power points.
Where are the USB charger fuses?
The vehicle uses several separate circuits. Positions 86, 87, 94 and 95 are among the USB smart-charger fuses.
Does this fuse chart apply to the 2020 Navigator?
No. Later model years use revised assignments, so the 2020 and newer vehicles should be checked against their year-specific documentation.
