The 2021 Ford F-150 is the first model year of the fourteenth-generation P702. Compared with the previous F-150, Ford changed the fuse layout and numbering, and the PowerBoost Hybrid joined the range. The tables below cover the two main 12 V fuse panels and all positions listed for the 2021 model.
If you need the electric pickup, use the separate 2022-2023 Ford F-150 Lightning guide. The Lightning has similar bodywork but a fundamentally different high-voltage electrical architecture. The smaller 2022 Ford Maverick also uses different fuse assignments.
Where are the fuse boxes in a 2021 Ford F-150?
Under-hood fuse box: located in the engine compartment under a large black power-distribution-box cover. Before servicing high-current fuses, disconnect the 12 V battery and reinstall the cover before reconnecting it.
Body Control Module fuse box: located low under the instrument panel on the passenger side, in the front footwell area. Removing the lower trim gives access to positions 1-38.

FAQ – 2021 Ford F-150 fuses
Where is the fuel-pump fuse?
In the under-hood box at position 4, rated at 30 A.
Where is the radio fuse?
The audio control module is protected by BCM fuse 32 – 20 A. Vehicles with the additional amplifier also use BCM fuse 28 – 30 A.
Does the PowerBoost Hybrid use the same fuse boxes?
Yes. It uses the same main panels but adds several Hybrid-specific positions for the high-voltage battery, coolant pumps and DC/DC converter.
Does this diagram apply to the F-150 Lightning?
No. The Lightning is battery-electric and uses a different electrical and fuse architecture.
