The Peugeot 2008 II (P24, 2019-2022) is a European compact crossover available as PureTech petrol, BlueHDi diesel and battery-electric e-2008. It features separately numbered lower and upper dashboard fuse panels and an under-bonnet fuse box.
This guide preserves 46 documented positions from 2020-2021 configurations. Importantly, the original reference contains two alternative engine compartment layouts, which must never be merged: the front wiper supply is F29 in configuration A but F20 in configuration B. Identify your exact under-bonnet layout using its lid label.
Where are the Peugeot 2008 II fuse boxes?
In left-hand-drive European vehicles, both dashboard panels are accessed behind driver’s-side trim. The upper and lower panels have independent F numbers. The main engine compartment fuse box is near the battery under the bonnet. Always switch the vehicle and electrical loads off before opening the panel; refit the cover securely.

Peugeot 2008 II – upper dashboard fuse box
The second cabin panel includes power windows, electrically folding mirrors, rear window heating, optional sunroof and heated front seats. Upper F1 (40 A heated rear glass) is distinct from lower F1 (10 A interior mirror).

| Position | Amperage [A] / type | Protected circuit / function |
|---|---|---|
| F1 | 40 | Heated rear window |
| F2 | 10 | Heated exterior mirrors |
| F3 | 30 | Front one-touch power windows |

Engine compartment – configuration A
The first documented under-bonnet layout uses F29 (40 A) for front wipers, F16 (20 A) for heated windscreen and F18/F19 (10 A each) for right/left halogen high beams.

| Position | Amperage [A] / type | Protected circuit / function |
|---|---|---|
| F16 | 20 | Heated front windscreen in configuration A |
| F18 | 10 | Right halogen high-beam headlamp in configuration A |
| F19 | 10 | Left halogen high-beam headlamp in configuration A |

Engine compartment – alternative configuration B
The second documented layout assigns front wipers to F20 (40 A), windscreen heating to F30 (20 A), and high beams to F32 (left) and F33 (right), 10 A each. This is an alternative entire panel, not four additional positions of configuration A.
| Position | Amperage [A] / type | Protected circuit / function |
|---|---|---|
| F20 | 40 | Front windscreen wipers in alternative configuration B |
| F30 | 20 | Heated front windscreen in alternative configuration B |
| F32 | 10 | Left halogen high-beam headlamp in configuration B |
| F33 | 10 | Right halogen high-beam headlamp in configuration B |
Which fuse supplies the 12 V socket, infotainment, horn or wipers?
12 V socket or cigarette lighter: lower F31 and/or F32 (each 15 A), according to which outlet and wiring configuration the car has. Wireless phone charging: lower F3 (5 A). Rear USB: lower F7 (5 A).
Multimedia: lower F24 (5 A) for a documented 7-inch touchscreen, or F29 (20 A) for a 10-inch screen. Horn: lower F4 (15 A). Rear wiper: lower F8 (20 A). Front wipers: front F29 in configuration A or F20 in configuration B, each rated 40 A.
Heated rear windscreen: upper F1 (40 A); a related control feed is lower F34 (5 A). Fuse types and ratings must match the original fitted panel, not simply a table from a different production year.
Peugeot 2008 I, 2008 II, 208 II and e-2008
The first-generation 2008 has a different fuse architecture. The closely related Peugeot 208 II fuse box guide covers the hatchback, but panel numbering and equipment can differ. The all-electric e-2008 adds high-voltage hardware which requires specialised procedures; never touch orange traction cables or remove sealed high-voltage covers.
