Skoda Rapid (2012-2013) uses a dashboard panel with 58 numbered fuse locations and a separate high-current electrical block on the 12 V battery. The fuse arrangements in the engine bay are supplied in two variants, so the same battery position can feed different equipment on different cars. This source does not supply confirmed universal amperage for the slots, which are therefore marked with a dash.
All 73 source rows in two tables and both original schematics are retained. The battery table has two continuation rows for the alternate functions of battery positions 3 and 4. They are shown explicitly as alternate layouts and not as new positions 14 and 15. Engine, gearbox and Start/Stop equipment must be checked before choosing any fuse.
Where are the Rapid 2012-2013 fuse boxes?
The interior fuse holder is beneath the steering wheel behind a cover, with slight access differences for left- or right-hand-drive cars. The second fuse unit is in the engine compartment, above the battery. Compare the fitted battery unit to both illustrated variants, and turn the ignition off before checking fuses.
Skoda Rapid 2012-2013 dashboard fuse positions 1-58
Cigarette lighter and luggage socket: position 47. Front wipers: 44 or 53 depending on which motor/controller circuit is checked; rear wiper: 26. Heated rear glass: 42. Horn: 43. ABS: 4 and 48, with different power feeds. Individual amperages should be checked on the car’s own cover and factory handbook.

Rapid 2012-2013 high-current battery fuse layouts
Two battery-box designs are shown in the same original drawing. In one, position 3 serves the interior, while in another it supplies the fuse block. Position 4 is auxiliary electric heating on variant 1 but interior power on variant 2. Other documented functions include the alternator at 1, power steering at 7, ABS at 8 and 11, radiator cooling at 6 and 9, and automatic gearbox at 10.

Skoda Rapid 2012-2013 cigarette lighter, fuel pump and wipers
Check dashboard 47 for a failed 12 V socket, and disconnect any damaged chargers before fitting the correct specified fuse. Fuel pump and engine management may be supplied from cabin positions 20, 30, 32 and 33 depending on powertrain. Front wiper circuitry is at positions 44 and 53, with the rear wiper at 26. No universally suitable ampere value can be inferred from this source.
For the immediately following year, consult the Skoda Rapid 2014 fuse box guide, including its different battery-box variant. For an intermediate production year see the Skoda Rapid 2016, whose cigarette lighter is position 44. For a later electrical layout see Skoda Rapid (2017). Another nearby Skoda model, the Fabia II 5J, uses a separate fuse chart; do not interchange positions or ratings.
Skoda Rapid 2012-2013 fuse box FAQ
Where is the cigarette lighter fuse?
Dashboard position 47 in this early Rapid version.
Does the battery fuse table have 15 fuse positions?
No. It contains 15 source rows, including two alternate-layout continuation rows for positions 3 and 4. The actual highest numbered battery position is 13.
Can I use the 2017 Rapid fuse number 44 for the cigarette lighter?
Not without checking: this 2012-2013 source identifies position 47.
Why is the ampere column blank?
The original source lists circuits, but not reliable current ratings; match the fitted fuse and owner’s handbook.
Replace a fuse only with the manufacturer’s specified rating. Repeated failure requires electrical diagnosis.
